KFC Suriname takes a new step in digitalization and customer convenience
Starting now, customers at the International Mall of Suriname branch can easily place and pay for their orders through an integrated self-service kiosk system.
This innovation enables faster and more efficient service, significantly enhancing the overall customer experience.
With the new system, customers can independently place their orders and pay directly at the kiosk. This not only makes the ordering process faster, but also more user-friendly.
“At KFC, convenience comes first. With this technology, we are optimizing our service and responding to the growing demand for digital solutions,” says the Director of KFC Suriname.
In addition to kiosks, KFC is also expanding its services by ordering via WhatsApp, allowing customers to easily place their orders in advance and simply pick up or request delivery. These advancements make KFC the first fast-food chain in Suriname to implement a fully integrated digital ordering and payment system.
The collaboration with DSB and Weblocher highlights KFC’s ambition to offer innovative payment solutions. By 2025, the system will also be rolled out to the remaining six KFC restaurants in Suriname.
