Service and Information	In every Blokker store you will find friendly personnel who are happy to be of service to you. You can ask them any and all questions concerning goods you have bought or wish to buy, and they will gladly help you in any way they can.
Replacing goods	Any article purchased from Blokker can be replaced within 3 days, provided it is still in its original packing and is presented with a valid receipt. Articles can be replaced by a new one of the same item, or you can choose different articles for the value of the replaced product. Refunds are solely at the discretion of our management.
Gift Certificates	Looking for an appropriate present or gift? Blokker can help you out with gift certificates for the value of 20 SRD (click), 50 SRD (click) and 100 SRD. These certificates can be purchased from our cashiers, and each and every one of our Blokker stores will take them.
