Service and Information	In every Blokker store you will find friendly personnel who are happy to serve you. You can ask them any question concerning goods you have bought or wish to buy, and they will gladly help you in any way they can.
Replacing goods	Any article purchased from Blokker can be replaced within 3 days, provided it is still in its original packing and is presented with a valid receipt. Articles can be replaced by a new one of the same item, or you can choose other articles for the value of the replaced product. Refunds are solely at the discretion of our management.
Gift Certificates	Looking for an appropriate present or gift? Blokker can help you out with gift certificates for the value of SRD 20 , SRD 50 and SRD 100. These certificates can be purchased and can be exchanged for merchandise at all our Blokker stores.
